Guidance and dropout students, Italy

Dropout students are defined as those who have decided to give up school because of personal difficulties, relational conflicts, lack of interest in education and so on. However, not only school does contribute to dropout.

Among the reasons related to school, we can list: still predominant frontal lectures (and the consequent competence of teachers), relationship and interaction models, schools that find it difficult to work online with other local services and actors, school integration models.

New challenges in insertion, France

In France, associations are mobilising as much as possible to address the needs of newly arrived migrants, to offer them a vocational insertion, final stage of the integration process. Unfortunately, there are not so many opportunities to attend training. Many migrants are not trained and it prevents the access to the labour market.

Casebook has started

On 20th and 21st of November 2014, with the kick off meeting in Innsbruck, Austria, this transnational cooperation project has started. It is developed within the program me Erasmus+ of the European Union and has partners from several countries of the EU.
